Description
A piece of original page art from my adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth. In Act 4 Macbeth has another fateful encounter with The Weird Sister; his last, where his doom is sealed. They conjure three prophecies for him, each with a hidden meaning his misinterprets. Here we see the first one - a skull in armor. He assumes it means victory, which he can almost taste.
This page is 7 x 10.5 inches (18 x 26.5 cm approx) and is watercolor, ink, and collage on paper. It will come signed and dated.
