Description
A piece of original page art from my adaptation of Shakespeare's Macbeth. In one of the play's most iconic scenes, Lady Macbeth is overwhelmed by the guilt and horror of the murder she has helped her husband commit. The blood will not wash clean and all around her seems dark. In vain, she washes her hands again and again, and carries a lit candle with her always. In this page, the Weird Sisters look on, pouring out spectral blood.
This page is 7 x 10.5 inches (18 x 26.5 cm approx) and is watercolor, ink, and acrylic on paper. It will come signed and dated.
